Personal Stuff

Inside this blog, there will be entries with no art at all. Just random thoughts, comments, or things that I'd like to share with the readers of this blog so they understand more my personality and hopefully, understand better my "art".

SO, here's the first random post of this blog, which will have to do with my personality. If you aren't interested in this part of yours truly, I invite you to come back later when some attempts of art are posted.

Favorite color: Depending for what its used. Each color can be beautiful if used in something that will honor that color, goes with the color, or is being helped by the color. For example, the color I'd honor by painting entirely a car with would be orange. The color I'd buy a t-shirt of would be depending on the pants i want to wear them with, or if I'd just buy it because of the message it has, or great design, it prefer it to be red, because it goes with my skin tone. guess which one it is.

Favorite TV show: In the highly popular and overrated form of entertainment I am not so cultivated, as I rarely sit in front of my TV to watch the local or satellite channels available at my house. But nevertheless, I do have a certain preferred series. Many of them are cartoons: The Fairly Odd Parents, Duck Dudgers, and some anime titles are on my list, as well as Junkyard Wars and Mythbusters, to go with my engineering side.

Favorite food: I'm sure it will be easier to mention the foods that aren't my favorite, as I have been brought up by two amateur gourmets, and learned to appreciate all the flavors natures has given to us, except bamboo. I hate bamboo. And a certain type of olives.

Lifestyle: I live in Mexico, which I'm am certain is not a third world country, as that is the level in which poor countries in Africa plagued by terrible diseases and hunger are. Of course, some places of Mexico will have the same problems as Ethiopia but as well as many countries that are said to be global superpowers. Still, in Mexico one will find the best and the worst. Its as well as a luxury as an adventure to live here.

Anyway, you may want to know a little more about my life. An artist's life is usualy dark and tragic, but sadly mine is not the case. Maybe that is why I'm not a truly devoted artist. Who knows?
As for what I do everyday, I get up, go to the university, and come back home, play Wii, waste time in the internet and all those basic things a human has to do to live. At weekends i go out to normal weekend activities, as the movies or family/friends reunions, and do some homework.Yup, I'm quite an inactive girl, plus, I hate sports. Except martial arts, but when I practice them I have found that I start acting aggressively towards everybody, so I decided to avoid everyone the pain of having a 22.5cm foot kicking their butt and not go to karate classes.
As for my past, well, nothing really tragic in there, at least nothing that changed my life forever, but that I will talk about in later posts, I think.

Word that has defined my life: Moof.
A word from which I have learned many different ways of expression, as well as being a simplistic way for me to say anything I wouldn't be able to in real words. As you can see, I'd rather express myself with tones of voice than words, but as this has proven to be impossible to me in the blogosphere, I have learned to be patient and right my thoughts as they flow from my head. Thats why some sentences won't agree with the english grammar my teachers have tried to get on my head all this years.
Anyhow, I do have some words that can give a general idea of my emotional state at that time. Meef, when I'm angry, meow when I'm sad, to name a few.
As you may have already concluded, i have the mental age of a 6 year old, which is corroborated by the facebook test of the same name.

Now, for those curious enough to know where moof comes from, there's a wikipedia article on that: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moof . Meef is just a derivation of the word.
